Communication Tools

After starting my career at The Ross Memorial Hospital as an RPN I soon learned the importance of E-mail as a communication tool. Shift work doesn't always give us the opportunity to keep in touch with fellow peers. Also E-mail gives us a opportunity to have our managers send us updates in hospital policy's and education links can be sent to us, then we can have access to then any time of day.
Having this as a tool in my career has helped and is a big asset
